  • Professional photography, including floor-plans
  • Professional home staging and styling advice, provided by our expert consultants
  • Television, radio and/or print campaigns

We also provide expert advice on which selling method (private treaty or auction) will be more likely to deliver you the best outcome, with reference to your specific circumstances.

 

Social and Digital Media Marketing 

At PFP we understand that when selling your home, visibility is one of the most important elements to reach as many buyers as possible.  That's why we include comprehensive digital and social media campaigns as part of every listing. The online medium now occupies over 50% of the Australian advertising market and coupled with the ability of unprecedented audience targeting, makes it the most cost-effective advertising medium available. 

We have access to our own social and digital media expert that can tailor packages to suit every budget starting from just $175. These campaigns run for a minimum 14 days and are much more than the misleading 'Boosted' posts on Facebook - they can include Facebook Ads, Google Ads and SEO targeted campaigns utilising the PFP website and Facebook pages that reach into all the major on-line real estate platforms such as Real Estate.com.

These campaigns allow for 24/7 visibility to thousands of potential buyers, not just a handful of browsers looking through the Saturday paper (which will cost you $250 for a quarter-page ad for only one weekend!). This is why it is the most cost-effective form of advertising when it comes to selling your home and why at PFP we include social and digital media marketing in all of our marketing packages.
