  • Evaluation and report provided on selected properties, including;
    • Suburb profiles of selected/similar suburbs
    • Listing/sales history of selected properties
    • Recent sales history within the selected suburbs
    • Current listing data on comparable properties
    • Evaluation of the current market value of selected properties
    • Evaluation of potential future saleability
    •  Evaluation of any capital investment
  • Follow-up meeting to answer queries and discuss further steps

Property Companion 

Inclusions:

  • Provision of additional expert data, and;
    • Further evaluation of short-listed properties and up-to-date market conditions
    • Contact made with the Seller's Agent for additional information
    • Attending and arranging open house and private inspections
  • Advice on offers and negotiation
    • Evaluation of the selected properties' current market value and conditions
    • Advice on approach when negotiating
    • Strategy for putting forward offers
  • Provision of verbal and/or written feedback regarding the properties inspected, including any additional information obtained from the listing agent or photos taken (if available)

  • First-time buyers or Investors

  • Buyer’s looking to avoid dealing with the Seller’s agent
  • Buyers lacking confidence or property knowledge

Price: $495 including GST  

OPTIONAL ADD ON 

  • Add an additional two (2) properties for evaluation for just $295 including GST.
  • Negotiating with the Seller's Agent on your behalf for just $150 including GST.

Property Platinum

Inclusions:

  • All of the Property Essentials and Property Companion Inclusions, plus;
  • Assistance with the negotiation phase, including:
    • Providing expert advice on the terms of your offer (including price, deposit, other conditions)
    • Making the offer on your behalf (if you require it)
    • Negotiating with the Seller’s agent to get you the best outcome
  • Assistance with the post-signing contract phase, including:
    • Providing recommendations for lawyers, conveyancers, pest and building inspections and any other professions required*
    • Arranging and attending the building and pest inspections and comments on the reports
    • Renegotiating the contract price or other conditions, should issues of concern arise from the inspections
    • Attending the pre-settlement inspection (if required)
  • Assistance with the post-settlement phase, including:
    • Collecting the keys following Settlement and delivering to you or a managing agent (if investment property)
    • Providing recommendations and arranging engagement of a property manager (if investment property)
